The aims of the project “Why wait?” – Stage 2” is to promote the participation and visibility of women in Montenegrin society through revitalization of theater and to raise public awareness. Its goals are :
• Providing support to women whose rights are neglected
• Awakening a wider public about the situations where basic human rights are compromised
• Bringing out the prejudices against women that are not nor-mally discussed
• Opening a dialogue in the public
• Preventing discrimination, racism and xenophobia trough ac-tive participation of the public.
It will take place through 10 Forum-theatre workshops leading to 5 performances played by women in the towns of Herceg Novi, Tivat, Cetinje, Nikšić and Kotor.
