They sought support from the MedWF to strengthen their staff, and increase the motivation, well-being and work-life balance of CSMD staff when implementing activities. With the necessary support, staff will be able to improve their personal coping mechanisms against stress and pressure during national and international advocacy activities in the field, evidence-based reporting of human rights violations of survivors of sexual violence, governmental financial and organizational inspections, in digital activism and campaigning, in referral and counselling support for survivors of sexual violence, in decision-making and implementation of digital security measures, and in all awareness-raising, educational activities and content development, as well as in response to unforeseen events such as a global pandemic or war.
