Step 1: creative and educational workshops in the 3 cities Banja Luka, Bijeljina and Prijedor about gender equality and women's rights for about 25 marginalized women and girls in the region (unemployed, disabled, from rural areas).
Step 2: The girls from the Bijeljina and Prijedor program will visit their peers in Banja Luka and together they will work on tools to empower the girls in their local communities.
Step 3: Final event to present the "Toolkit for empowering girls and young women from marginalized groups to become agents of change, progress and equality in their local communities" + creation of a network of young women for the dissemination of the toolkit.
