“Brave Sisters”: women's support network for abortion rights
On the occasion of International Abortion Day, 28 September 2020, the Center for Civil Courage has launched its new feminist project: "Brave Sisters" with the aim of establishing a network of women in Croatia who will support women who decide to have an abortion.
The women selected to be part of the network are trained in:
basic knowledge of medicine and abortion;
basic knowledge of counselling;
basic knowledge of feminist movements.
They are not only be trained to assist women in the network, but also equipped to become women's rights advocates.
