Two funds, one vision: bringing feminist leadership to life!
We have partnered with the Spanish fund Calala Fondo de Mujeres to reflect on what feminist leadership means today.
This joint project took place as part of the Fenomenal Funds collaboration program, a feminist funding space aimed at facilitating collaborations between feminist funds that are members of the international Prospera network. Over several months, we met, mostly in remote workshops, to reflect together, share best practices, and formulate wishes for the future.
Feminist leadership is a way of exercising power, making decisions, and influencing the world based on feminist values - equality, inclusion, justice, cooperation, care, horizontality - rather than traditional models of domination or competition.
This experience was very fruitful, and we are sharing our conclusions with you here.
