The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Policy is to define the principles and guidelines implemented by the Mediterranean Women's Fund with regard to the processing of personal data of the users of the medwomensfund.org website.

2. COLLECTED DATA
The data collected differ according to the purpose of the related processing operations.
Online donation (medwomensfund.org): we collect your civil status information, postal, telephone and electronic contact details, web transaction history
Contact (medwomensfund.org): we collect your civil status information, contact information, postcode and city
Volunteer application (medwomensfund.org): we collect your civil status, contact information, CV, skills and availability.
Newsletter subscription (medwomensfund.org): we only collect your email address. Connection data (IP address, date/time, browser type, URL accessed) to the individual sites are collected indirectly.
3. USE OF THE COLLECTED DATA
The data collected are used for different purposes:
Online donation: the data collected is used for online donation management, donor relationship management, issuing tax receipts and statistical analysis.
Contact forms: the data collected via the contact form is used to process your request and for statistical analysis. The information on location - postcode, city and country - allows us to redirect your request if necessary to the nearest field.
Volunteer application form: the data collected via the form are used to follow up your application, to produce statistics and to direct it to the nearest field if necessary. Compared to the voluntary applications linked to the national collection, your contact information will be reused the following year to offer you the opportunity to get involved again.
Newsletter subscription: the data collected is used solely for the transmission of our newsletter.
Connection data: the connection data is used in order to guarantee the security and traceability of personal data. This data is also used for statistical purposes of consultation and visits to our websites. Depending on your choices on these various data collection forms, you may or may not be able to subscribe to the Fund's newsletter.
4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Access to personal data is limited to the services of the Mediterranean Women's Fund and its IT service providers with whom the Mediterranean Women's Fund is contractually linked in order to carry out the purpose of the processing.
5. HOW LONG YOUR DATA WILL BE KEPT
The length of time personal data are kept varies according to the purposes of processing:
Online donation: in accordance with article L. 102 E of the tax procedure book, your personal data are kept for 6 years after the last effective donation.
Contact form: your personal data are kept for 2 years after the last contact.
Volunteer application: your personal data are kept for 2 years after the last contact related to your application.
Newsletter : your personal data will be kept for an unlimited period after your registration. You can unsubscribe by following the unsubscription links on each newsletter.
Connection data: personal data related to connections are kept for 6 months.
6. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
The Mediterranean Women's Fund is particularly attached to the security of the personal data we collect and process. These operations are carried out in a secure manner.
We implement the necessary technical, physical and organisational measures to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration, loss or unauthorised access to your personal data.
7. DATA STORAGE
Personal data are stored in the European Union in the databases or files of the Mediterranean Women's Fund or occasionally in those of service providers with whom the Mediterranean Women's Fund has a dedicated and secure contractual relationship.
8. RIGHTS RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, portability of data concerning you. You also have the right to limit and oppose the processing of data concerning you.
In accordance with Article 40-1 of the French Data Protection Act, you also have the possibility to give instructions concerning the storage, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death.
