L'association Women On Top (WoT) œuvre pour l'autonomisation professionnelle des femmes et pour l'égalité au travail. Elle met en place des programmes de mentorat pour les femmes sans emploi, qui souhaitent changer de carrière professionnelle, s'implanter dans des métiers à prédominance masculine, créer leur propre entreprise, etc. WoT a aussi développé une plateforme de recherche et de communication, afin de construire des réseaux puissants autour de l'égalité des sexes, d'aider à promouvoir des modèles féminins positifs et forts et de sensibiliser le grand public ainsi que les instances décisionnelles pour la participation égale à la vie publique.

The support of the Mediteranean Women's Fund (MedWF) has enabled a study on :

The role that women in Greece and the Mediterranean play in developing policies and innovations for sustainability.
Proposals for tools and policies that can highlight the multiple ways in which women are affected in the context of the climate crisis, as well as the integration of the gender perspective in all initiatives aimed at addressing the problem.
Strengthening the role of women in decision-making centers - at the local, national and international levels - and their balanced participation in climate diplomacy processes.
