L'association L'Association "Useful to Women and Communities" est une association à but non lucratif qui opère dans la ville d'Elbasan en fournissant des services sociaux, des programmes de renforcement des capacités et l'intégration des communautés dans le besoin en aidant et en renforçant le développement des communautés. L'association "Useful to Women and Communities" vise à exercer un rôle de premier plan dans la protection des droits de l'homme et de l'égalité des chances en offrant des services aux femmes, aux jeunes, aux enfants et aux communautés dans le besoin, par le biais de programmes d'éducation, de sensibilisation, de plaidoyer, d'autonomisation économique et de services psychosociaux. "Useful to Women and Communities" aspire à défendre les politiques d'égalité et de progrès social.

	Youth Against Violence The grant enabled them to develop their "Youth against violence" project, which promotes women's human rights and gender equality among young girls and boys aged 12-19 in rural Elbasan.
	Empowering Albanian youth for gender equality through media education They sought the MedWF’s support to cover administrative expenses for the project “Empowering Albanian youth for gender equality through media education”.
