Vukovar Association, founded in 1998, aims to build a democratic society based on the principles of equality, non-violence and social responsibility. It develops numerous activities, including the promotion and improvement of laws on equality and the suppression of violence against women and corruption. It also provides legal and psychological assistance to women victims of violence, disadvantaged people and elderly women in the Vukovar-Srijem region.
