L'association The goals and main areas of work of Udruženje KAS are women’s rights, girls’ rights, girls’ empowerment, women’s empowerment, gender based violence against girls and women with disabilities, women’s heritage, women’s history, gender studies, gender and art, gender and disabilities, inclusion, art and culture as activism tools, peace studies, peace activism, conflict prevention, non-violence, peace building.

The organisation aims to implementing non–formal educational programs (workshops, seminars, lectures, trainings) about topics such as: gender equality, girls’ rights, girls’ and women’s empowerment, women’s rights, gender and art, socially engaged art, inclusion, gender based violence against girls and women with disabilities, gender and peace studies. They also aim to support development of the culture and art trough affirmation of art with the focus on improvements and promotion of women creative work and creative work of women who are also members of marginalized groups (especially deaf girls and women).

2022
	Empowering girls and young women from marginalized groups to become agents of change, progress and equality in their local communities Step 1: creative and educational workshops in the 3 cities Banja Luka, Bijeljina and Prijedor about gender equality and women's rights for about 25 marginalized women and girls in the region (unemployed, disabled, from rural areas). Step 2: The girls from the Bijeljina and Prijedor program will visit their peers in Banja Luka and together they will work on tools to empower the girls in their local communities. Step 3: Final event to present the "Toolkit for empowering girls and young women from marginalized groups to become agents of change, progress and equality in their local communities" + creation of a network of young women for the dissemination of the toolkit. +plus

	Mobile labs to strengthen girls and women The project aims to impart knowledge on gender equality to girls and women in rural areas and empower them to be active in the women's rights movement through activities such as lectures, seminars, workshops, open mike sessions, film screenings and various educational and… The project aims to impart knowledge on gender equality to girls and women in rural areas and empower them to be active in the women's rights movement through activities such as lectures, seminars, workshops, open mike sessions, film screenings and various educational and creative events using the concept of mobile labs. With the mobile labs, the association aims to reach out to girls and women in rural and remote areas who have never had the chance to learn about activism, girls and women's rights. +plus
