L'association Le Planning Familial est la plus ancienne et la plus importante association de défense des droits des femmes en France. Mouvement féministe d’éducation populaire, il milite pour le droit à l’éducation à la sexualité, à la contraception, à l’avortement, à l’égalité entre les hommes et les femmes et lutte contre les discriminations et les violences sexistes.

Planning familial 34 is a civil party in the trial of the aggression of people putting up posters. Indeed, feminist activists who glued posters had been attacked during an action. The support provided aims to ensure the payment of the lawyer's fees. Through this lawsuit and by filing a civil suit, Family Planning 34 hopes to make the fight against violence and discrimination, and in particular combatting violence against women, more visible, and to advocate for the support and accompaniment of victims.
