It supports and enables a safe environment for the new generation of activists and feminists and their responsible and active participation in positive social change through: capacity building, research, analysis and public policy advocacy, improving/changing the image of women in the media and increasing the visibility of women's activism and contributions to positive social change, local and regional networking, engaged art and activism, building an inclusive and sustainable women's movement. |

The PitchWise Festival has grown out of the need to take derelict and neglected areas and transform them for a meeting which will bring together socially engaged artists, activists, theorists, feminists and all others interested in women's issues in BiH and the region. The aim of the festival is to promote and celebrate achievements of artists, theorists, activists, women politicians, sportswoman… This year, Cure Foundation asked MedWF support to be able to invite activists who express their opinions through art and contribute to connect the women’s movement locally and globally.
