They sought support from the MedWF for their “easing the noise”" project, in partnership with the feminist association Boucan pour des Cévenoles et des Gardoises. The Maison Perséphone is a place where suffering of all kinds can be remedied. The violence inflicted on women in the home, in the public space and in the workplace is an ongoing concern for the authorities. Their place is a temporary retreat, a base for psychological and emotional reconstruction. |
