Since March 17, 2020 and the measures related to the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, the association has had to find adapted forms of activities (remote-working, hotlines, online conferences and meetings) to continue its usual missions and to organize material support to women in precarious situations (food aid, products for babies, phone cards). These new missions and the adaptation that they require imply an increased need for financial means.

The pandemic forced the Maison des Femmes de Paris (MDF) to find adapted forms of activity such as remote working, telephone hotlines, conferences and meetings by telecommunication, in order to continue its usual missions. These changes required some investments (computers, software, smartphones) so that the employees and members of the management team could work correctly.

MDF also organized unprecedented material support for women in precarious situations (food aid, baby products, telephone refills, masks), in the face of very high demand, and organizes local solidarity groups.
