The primary aim of this partnership is to contribute to the strengthening of the women’s movement in the Western Balkans through joint direct MedWF and EWI grants, to accompany SEKA Goražde a feminist organization working in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the process of a 3-year transitional leadership period. A total number of three grants are programmed during the period between January 2023 - December 2025.

They sought support from the MedWF for their administrative expenses: running costs, accounting and bank charges, insurance costs, upkeep of the house, repairs to household equipment, bathrooms, toilets, painting, plumbing, new equipment needed for the house. The grant covers the travel and food costs of some of the women survivors in cases where the groups are unable to obtain funds, or to cover the travel costs of volunteers who come to SEKA to work on the upkeep of the house.
