L'association L'association "Chama pour le développement et la réadaptation des femmes Houara" lutte principalement contre les violences envers les femmes et les mariages des mineures. Ses objectifs sont les suivants :
- Encadrer les femmes afin de les habiliter à bénéficier du programme de réhabilitation socio-économique.
- Combattre toutes les formes de violence et de discrimination à l'égard des femmes.
- Mener des activités éducatives, culturelles et sociales qui rétabliraient le respect des femmes.
- Soutenir la création de projets qui développent localement les capacités et les compétences des femmes pour s'impliquer dans le processus de développement de la région en particulier, et du Maroc en général.
