FFMed operating assistance enabled ADFM to coordinate a report reviewing the implementation of the Beijing + 25 Platform to recall the main recommendations relating to the situation of women's rights in Morocco. This is the result of a coordination of seventy-six coalitions, networks, and feminist and / or generalist NGOs in the defense of Moroccan human rights.

The ADFM has been fighting for more than 10 years for equal access to collective land ownership in Morocco.

These lands are subject to a particular land status, and can be defined as: "those that belong collectively to a group of inhabitants of the same origin and descendant of the same ethnicity". But the effective management of these lands is ensured within the community in question, which excludes women in two respects: the enjoyment of the right of usufruct, and the receipt of compensation in case of transfer of these lands. Only the promulgation of a law in due form could change something to the current situation, and that is why the ADFM Rabat continues its advocacy. |
