L'association The Anti-Racism Movement (ARM) was launched in 2010 by young Lebanese feminist activists in collaboration with migrant domestic workers. ARM's mission is to reduce racist discrimination and abuse in Lebanon at the social and institutional levels by advocating for changes in the systems that perpetuate racist exploitative practices. ARM engages in awareness-raising, consciousness-raising, advocacy and community building with the ambition of ultimately creating more just social and institutional frameworks in Lebanon.

The Mediterranean Women's Fund has provided support to the ARM association so that it can meet the needs of its staff, an investment that is essential for the maintenance of the activities launched in 2020 by the association.

In 2020, ARM launched its emergency "solidarity response". This includes housing, food aid and evacuation of migrant workers - mainly female migrant domestic workers living and working in Lebanon under the oppressive Kafala system.
The association also launched its database with the Housing Monitor platform to start monitoring illegal evictions. The main objective of the project is to monitor and intervene to stop the threats of illegal evictions that migrant workers and refugees face.
